When calling from a hotel, follow the hotel dialing instructions to get an outside line. Dial the access number for the country you are in and follow the voice prompts. Please be aware that some hotels may apply a surcharge to each call.
When calling from a pay phone in an international location, please be sure to read the instructions on the phone prior to placing each call. Each country has different requirements.

Ensure the security of your account by following these simple instructions:

Store your ten (10) digit calling card number and your four (4) digit PIN safely and in separate locations.
Select your four (4) digit PIN by calling 1 888 888-8088 and following the voice prompts. Please be careful to avoid picking a number that someone else can easily guess.
Contact us immediately at 1 888 621-3401 if your CIBC Guaranteed Proof Calling Card is lost or stolen. You are responsible and liable for the cost of all calls made with your calling card.
