Long Distance FAQ'S
How is my local phone bill affected?
You will still continue to receive a bill from your local phone company for all
services other than long distance and calling card calls. But now you'll also
receive a usage summary from the CIBC Guaranteed Proof Program for your long
distance and calling card calls.

Do all long distance calls qualify? Are there any
restrictions or limits?
All direct dial long distance calls qualify for the program.

Who can help me if I'm having a hard time placing a North
American long distance call or overseas call?
If you have any questions or require assistance placing a long distance call,
you should simply press '0' and speak with an operator.

Will my service be interrupted?
There will be absolutely no interruption to your local or long distance
service.

How long does it take to become active?
It will take approximately ten (10) business days for your long distance
service to become active with Guaranteed Proof. Once you are active, you will
receive a Welcome Kit in the mail detailing all of the features and benefits of
the Guaranteed Proof Program.
